Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Diego - Mission Valley, an IHG Hotel

The front desk was incredibly patient and helpful with finding me a quiet room so I could work, I appreciated that so much. And to my surprise this is the first time I've actually gone to a hotel and they have a heated pool instead of just advertising that they do. The pool was so warm and pleasant it really made my evening after finishing work. All of the staff were very nice! and if I hadn't of chosen to slept in I would have loved to have tried breakfast. They were very nice and accommodating for a late check out, I needed the rest so badly. This stay really made me feel refreshed and pleasant upon leaving. Will definitely be back again, thank you for such a great stay and for helping me find the right room!

The location was good and served well by Uber and Lyft. Modern and comfortable room. Breakfast was good with hot items and an attentive staff.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were huge, and the free breakfast was awesome. The bathroom had humidity control, so the mirrors didn't fog up, and there was lots of counterspace. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

The over night young lady Ilanna at the ftont desk was excellent . She when above and beyond to help @ 3am when I had checked out of the Days Inn hotel next door . Don't ever stay there horrible..she took her time to accommodate me and my Son . She seen I was in so much distress after my ordeal next door. Next door refunded me my money and I came to your hotel and put this room on my CC . She has a beautiful soul . I pray she exceeds at everything . She is a asset to your company. We need more Beautiful souls in the world.

I liked that it had the essentials and probably my favorite thing that stands out about holiday inn is that their nightstand lamps always have ports for chargers. That access makes a difference to me.
